The Zanzibar Fair Competition Tribunal (ZFCT) is a quasi-judicial body established under section 26 of the Fair Competition and Consumer Protection, Act No. 05 of 2018 of Zanzibar.

In 1995, the Government enacted a law to repeal the law governing the Zanzibar Fair Trading and Consumer Protection Act No. 2 of 1995, and to enact a new law on Fair Competition in business and to protect the consumer to set better conditions and other related matters. The Tribunal has officially started at the end of October 2020, after the completion of the selection of the Chairman, Members and Registrar of the Tribunal.
